Internal HR Recruiter Responsibilities

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various internal roles across departments.

- Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, job boards, and professional networks.

- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and advise on recruitment strategies.

- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs and proactive sourcing.

- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience from application to offer.

- Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source-of-hire, and candidate satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the hiring process.

- Assist with offer management, background checks, and pre-boarding activities.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an Internal Recruiter, HR Recruiter, or a similar role focused on internal talent acquisition.

- In-depth understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and various interview techniques.

- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.

- Familiarity with sourcing techniques using professional networks and social media.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse candidates.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and HR best practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a strong plus.
