Job Description: HR Recruiter
Position: HR Recruiter
Department: Call Centre
Work Schedule:
- 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
- Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Sunday Fixed Off
Education: Graduate
Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an HR Recruiter (on paper)
- Prior experience in BPO/Telesales hiring is mandatory
Gender: Male/Female
Required Skills & Exposure:
- Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English
- Experience in high-volume hiring for call centre/telesales roles
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment of candidates for call centre operations
- Conducting initial screening and first-round telephonic interviews
- Verifying candidate details through reference checks
- Finalizing selected candidates and coordinating the onboarding process
