HR Recruiter

We're seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in Chandigarh. As an HR Recruiter, you'll play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through various channels

- Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews

- Maintain candidate databases and update records regularly

- Coordinate with employers and ensure timely closures

- Handle basic HR documentation and follow-ups

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree (preferred)

- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with MS Office and basic computer operations
