Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Brand Promotional Manager (Contractual – Part-Time) to join our team on a 6-month assignment. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to gain experience in corporate tie-ups, financial wellness initiatives, and event management. You will be responsible for arranging financial wellness events with corporates and building lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, connect, and partner with corporate HRs and decision-makers to arrange financial wellness sessions.
• Schedule a minimum of 2 corporate events per week focused on topics such as Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, Tax Planning, Investment Basics, Estate Planning, and Emergency Fund Management.
• Ensure smooth event execution in collaboration with WealthVault’s internal team.
• Engage with corporates where employees have an average monthly salary of ₹50,000 or above.
• Collect attendee databases (emails and contacts) from corporates and coordinate post-session follow-ups.
• Arrange sessions within a 50 km radius of Chandigarh to ensure accessibility.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline; background in Marketing, Sales, or Finance preferred (not mandatory).
• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development are welcome.
• Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• Ability to connect with corporate HRs and decision-makers.
• Basic knowledge of financial products/financial wellness is a plus.
• Self-motivated, independent, and target-driven.

Compensation & Contract

• Contract Type: 6-month part-time, work-from-home engagement.
• Compensation: Payment on a per-event/session basis, varying with scale and attendance.
• Payout: Monthly consolidated payment after successful completion of sessions.
