FOUNDER’S OFFICE – STRATEGY & EXECUTION

Role Overview

This role works directly with the Founder and leadership team to drive high-priority initiatives across growth, partnerships, operations, and execution. You will act as a problem solver, operator, and execution partner in a fast-scaling startup environment.

This is a generalist role with steep learning and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Founder on strategic and operational initiatives
• Drive execution of new business models, pilots, and GTM experiments
• Coordinate across teams such as sales, operations, colleges, and franchises
• Track key metrics, prepare reports, and identify execution gaps
• Support partnerships with companies, colleges, and ecosystem stakeholders
• Solve unstructured problems and convert ideas into execution plans

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• High ownership mindset and bias for action
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets and presentation skills
