Channel: Voice & Non-Voice (Calls & Email)

Languages: English & Hindi – Mandatory

Important Note

Candidates must be comfortable handling both customer calls and email support. They should be flexible to work across Voice and Non-Voice channels based on business requirements and should not restrict themselves to a single channel.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to the E-Wallet process through calls and emails.
• Assist customers with refund-related queries, providing accurate information and timely resolutions.
• Handle account cancellation requests and guide customers through the required process.
• Provide appropriate account-related guidance and suggestions based on customer requirements.
• Understand customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Communicate professionally with customers in English and Hindi.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow defined process guidelines.
• Maintain a positive customer experience while meeting quality and service standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior customer support experience is mandatory.
• Candidates with 1–4 months of relevant experience can also be considered.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable handling both Voice (Calls) and Non-Voice (Email) support.
• Strong customer-handling, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to work across different channels as per process and business requirements.
• Customer-focused approach with good interpersonal skills.
