DevOps Engineer – ELM/CLM

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer – ELM/CLM with strong expertise in IBM Enterprise Lifecycle Management (ELM/CLM), Linux administration, scripting, automation, and CI/CD practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing IBM ELM/CLM applications and a strong understanding of cloud and DevOps technologies.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in DevOps, IT infrastructure, application administration, or related technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Enterprise Lifecycle Management (ELM/CLM) tools, including:
• IBM Engineering Requirements Management (ERM)
• Engineering Test Management (ETM)
• Engineering Workflow Management (EWM)
• Lifecycle Query Engine (LQE)
• Report Builder (RPE)
• Experience in deploying, configuring, upgrading, and managing IBM ELM/CLM application suites.
• Hands-on experience with WebSphere Application Server.
• Strong knowledge of Linux platforms, preferably RHEL.
• Excellent Linux command-line skills and experience with Shell scripting.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Perl scripting.
• Experience with web server administration, particularly Apache, is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and platforms such as Git, Ansible, and Splunk.
• Exposure to managing AWS-hosted applications is an advantage.
• Experience setting up and managing application performance monitoring and monitoring tools.
• Understanding of ITIL concepts and Agile/Scrum methodologies, preferably SAFe.
• Knowledge of Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL databases is an added advantage.
