Delivery Manager – Industrial Automation Responsibilities - Lead and manage the full lifecycle of industrial automation projects from initiation to closure. - Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. - Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations. - Oversee cross-functional project teams, providing leadership, guidance, and performance management. - Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and methodologies. - Manage third-party vendors and contractors to ensure successful project execution. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements. Requirements - Proven experience managing complex industrial automation projects. - In-depth understanding of industrial control systems (PLCs, SCADA, DCS, HMI). - Familiarity with various automation technologies such as robotics, IIoT, MES, and vision systems. - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. - Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana). - Ability to travel to client sites as required. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. - Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred. - PMP, PRINCE2, or other recognized project management certification is highly desirable. - Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project or program management within the industrial automation sector. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
