About the Role

We are hiring an innovative and highly skilled Data Scientist to join our advanced analytics and AI team. The role will involve building machine learning models, predictive algorithms, and advanced analytics solutions to solve complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in statistical modeling, programming, and data engineering, along with the ability to translate insights into actionable business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and process structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Build and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for business use cases.
• Apply statistical methods, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques to uncover trends and patterns.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure smooth data pipelines and feature engineering.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and present meaningful insights.
• Work with stakeholders to define business problems and develop data-driven solutions.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Design and develop recommendation systems, classification models, clustering solutions, and NLP applications.
• Create data visualization dashboards and reports for decision-making teams.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in AI, ML, and big data technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• 3–7 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, or Scala for data science applications.
• Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Expertise in SQL, NoSQL, and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Hive).
• Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and mathematical modeling.
• Experience in NLP, Computer Vision, or Time Series Forecasting is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for ML deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
