About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. The role involves collecting, processing, and analyzing complex datasets to extract meaningful insights that support business decision-making, product development, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in SQL, Excel, visualization tools, and statistical analysis, coupled with business acumen to communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess raw data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, R, or Excel to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, operations, marketing, finance) to understand data needs.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize business processes and strategies.
• Conduct statistical analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling to support decision-making.
• Create and maintain data documentation, business metrics definitions, and data dictionaries.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across systems.
• Support automation of recurring reports and insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–6 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst / Business Analyst / Data Scientist.
• Strong hands-on skills in SQL and Excel for data querying and analysis.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling.
• Experience with BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar).
• Strong understanding of statistical methods, forecasting, and data modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipelines is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
