Customer Service Executive

To raise funds and resources to support the NGO’s programs and ensure financial sustainability through donor engagement, partnerships, and fundraising activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement fundraising strategies and campaigns
• Identify and approach potential donors (individuals, corporates, foundations)
• Maintain relationships with existing donors and partners
• Prepare fundraising proposals, concept notes, and presentations
• Organize fundraising events and donor meetings
• Maintain donor database and records
• Coordinate with program and finance teams for reporting and compliance
• Track fundraising targets and prepare progress reports
