Job Title: Credit Card Sales Executive (Outbound Process)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Qualification & Skills:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Freshers can apply (interest in outbound sales is required).
• Candidates with Banking / Customer Service experience will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Credit Cards and Loans.
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets is mandatory.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and handle customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers and explain credit card products.
• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
• Handle and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.
• Use strong convincing and negotiation skills to convert leads into sales.

Work Details:

• Working Hours: 9 hours (including 1-hour break)
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday fixed off)
• Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Day Shift)
• Work Mode: Work from Office
