Job Responsibilities:

• Handle seller and customer queries related to the CRED OPS process.

• Resolve issues efficiently and provide accurate information to stakeholders.

• Support catalog management activities and maintain data accuracy.

• Prepare reports and manage data using MS Excel.

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Work Schedule:

• Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)

• Working Days: 6 Days a Week

• Weekly Off: Fixed Sunday

• No Night Shifts

Salary Details:

• Experienced Candidates: ₹25,000 CTC | ₹20,800 Take Home

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Languages Required: English and Hindi (Mandatory)

• Experience in Catalog Management and MS Excel will be preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
