About the Role:
We are looking for a Collections Team Lead to manage, guide, and optimize a team of collection agents. The TL will ensure target achievement, process compliance, and effective team performance. This role demands hands-on experience in collections operations, excellent leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the collections team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- Monitor agent performance, provide coaching, and implement process improvements
- Handle escalations and complex customer queries efficiently
- Analyze collections data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with other internal teams for seamless operations and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of experience in Collections or Finance Operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of collections metrics, customer engagement, and reporting tools
