Collection process + Sales process

We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Collection and Sales Process Executives. Candidates aged between 18 to 30 years, with a minimum qualification of 12th pass, and proficiency in English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Telugu languages, are invited to apply. As a Collection and Sales Process Executive, you will handle outbound calls for both collection efforts and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Contact customers for overdue payments, negotiate payment plans, and maintain positive customer relationships.

- Conduct outbound sales calls to promote products/services, explain features, and close sales deals.

- Meet monthly targets for collections and sales conversion rates.

- Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions.

Requirements:

- Minimum 12th pass.

- Fluent in English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Telugu.

- Age between 18 to 30 years.

- Proven experience in collections, sales, or customer service is advantageous.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
