Center Manager

Purpose of the Role

The Center Manager is responsible for the overall performance and growth of the assigned training center. This role focuses on driving learner enrolments, ensuring high training completion rates, and enabling successful job placements. The Center Manager will lead business development, marketing initiatives, partnerships, and center operations while delivering an exceptional learning experience and meeting revenue and performance targets.

Key Deliverables

• Achieve center-level targets for lead generation, enrolments, training completion, and placements
• Execute effective local and regional marketing and promotional initiatives
• Develop and manage education and employer partnerships
• Ensure high levels of learner satisfaction, retention, and brand visibility
• Maintain operational excellence and infrastructure standards

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Promotional Activities

• Design and execute localized lead-generation initiatives through kiosks, banners, pamphlets, outdoor promotions, and community outreach programs
• Plan and conduct seminars, career fairs, placement drives, and promotional events to attract prospective learners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), and educational institutions
• Collaborate with the central marketing team and external agencies to implement effective campaigns and deploy marketing collateral

2. Partnerships & Stakeholder Management

• Identify, onboard, and manage Education Collaboration Agreements (ECA) and Education Outreach Networks (EON)
• Ensure partner compliance, timely payouts, and fulfillment of enrollment and placement commitments
• Develop long-term relationships with educational institutions, employers, and corporate partners to support sustainable growth

3. Training Completion & Placement Enablement

• Work closely with learners to reduce dropouts and improve course completion rates
• Counsel and motivate learners to pursue entry-level and fresher job opportunities
• Engage with employers and organize placement drives to facilitate successful learner placements

4. Center Operations & Team Leadership

• Oversee daily center operations in line with Monthly, Training, and Placement (MTP) processes
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales, counseling, and operations team
• Set performance targets, monitor productivity, and conduct regular performance reviews
• Ensure a positive learning environment and consistently high customer satisfaction
• Manage center infrastructure, safety, security, and overall maintenance

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor and analyze data related to leads, enrollments, training completion, and placements
• Prepare periodic performance reports and identify areas for improvement
• Use data insights to enhance operational efficiency, marketing effectiveness, and revenue growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
• 5–8 years of experience in education, training, sales, or center operations
• Demonstrated success in lead generation, enrollment management, or partnership development
