Job Description

Genius Labs is actively hiring for the position of Admission Counsellor to support our rapidly growing academic enrollment team. We are looking for passionate, confident, and experienced female professionals who can guide students and their families through the admissions process with clarity and empathy.

As an Admission Counsellor, your role is to consult with prospective students, understand their educational and career goals, and guide them in selecting suitable academic programs. The ideal candidate is someone with excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, a convincing personality, and a track record of success in counselling or education sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students and their guardians through in-person meetings, calls, and emails
• Understand student aspirations and recommend appropriate courses or programs
• Explain course details, admission procedures, fee structures, and related queries
• Follow up with leads generated through various marketing campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, conversions, and counselling sessions
• Achieve monthly admission targets set by the management
• Provide post-admission assistance and ensure a smooth onboarding process for students
• Collaborate with the marketing and academic team for effective lead conversion
• Maintain a professional and empathetic approach throughout the student interaction cycle

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Convincing and persuasive approach
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of CRM or data entry tools is preferred
• Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow-ups systematically

Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification: Graduate in any discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in counselling, sales, education industry, or customer service
• Female candidates only
• Age between 18 to 30 years
