Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Transformation Consultant – Application Automation (Celonis OCPM Engineer) to design, develop, and optimize process mining solutions using the Celonis platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM), process analysis, data integration, and automation to help organizations improve operational efficiency and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement process mining solutions using the Celonis platform.
• Build and optimize Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM) models for complex business processes.
• Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and other business applications.
• Develop process analytics dashboards, KPIs, and interactive visualizations to provide actionable business insights.
• Analyze business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, compliance gaps, and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Support process automation initiatives by integrating Celonis with workflow and automation platforms.
• Perform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable process insights.
• Optimize existing Celonis implementations for improved performance and scalability.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge transfer materials.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in Process Mining, Business Process Management, or Business Transformation.
• Hands-on experience with the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
• Strong understanding of Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM).
• Experience with SQL and data modeling concepts.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration techniques.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Familiarity with process automation and workflow optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python or scripting languages for data analysis and automation.
• Exposure to APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise integration tools.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Improvement methodologies.
• Celonis certification is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant Celonis certifications are preferred.
