Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Work Schedule: 6 days a week

Joining Preference: Immediate joiners preferred

What You’ll Do

• Understand and align with Bhanzu’s vision and mission.
• Manage client information using our CRM system.
• Make outbound calls and respond to callback requests.
• Engage with potential leads via email and WhatsApp.
• Clearly explain Bhanzu’s courses and encourage trial class attendance.
• Convert leads into trial class participants.
• Learn and use CRM and related software tools effectively.

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Graduate or post-graduate in any discipline.
• Laptop is mandatory.
• Comfortable in a dynamic startup environment.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
• Ready to work 6 days a week from our office.
