About the Role:

As a Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team. You will gather requirements, analyze data, create workflows, and provide insights that drive strategic decisions. This role is ideal for someone who loves problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from clients and internal teams.
• Create workflow diagrams, use-case scenarios, and functional documentation.
• Develop business intelligence reports using Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
• Track KPIs and prepare dashboards for management.
• Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements.
• Support the founders with market analysis and research to guide business strategy.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Startup experience or consulting background is a strong advantage.
