Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams by analyzing business needs, optimizing processes, and delivering data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in business analysis, process improvement, stakeholder management, and reporting, with experience in planning, budgeting, and forecasting domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops, and data analysis.
• Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes to improve operational efficiency and align with organizational goals.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for development and technical teams.
• Support solution design, implementation, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Perform data analysis, financial modeling, variance analysis, and generate actionable business insights.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Interpret complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for business improvement.
• Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives and support data governance practices.
• Present findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
