Position: International Voice Process Executive

Location: Bangalore

We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as International Voice Process Executives in Bangalore. As a part of our BPO team, you will be responsible for handling international customer queries and providing exceptional service over the phone. Key responsibilities include resolving customer issues, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

- Ability to handle customer queries effectively and efficiently.

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.

- Prior experience in a BPO or customer service role is preferred.

- Flexible to work in rotational shifts.

Criteria-

• Bcom/mcom/bca/bsc candidates with 1 year exp in bpo working with US clients.
• Excellent communication is mandatory.
• 10 am to 10pm shift 
• 5:30 to 8 pm break.
• 30 to 35k salary.
