Urgent Requirement for OTC - Cash Application / Collections

The role in Order to Cash (OTC) combines two key responsibilities:

OTC - Cash Application:

- Hands-on experience in cash application and allocation processes.

- Proficiency in resolving unapplied and unidentified cash entries.

- Reconciliation of GL accounts and bank statements.

- Comprehensive understanding of various payment types.

- Preparation of weekly and monthly cash posting reports.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in SAP.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in cash application and related activities.

- Flexibility to work night shifts.

OTC - Collection:

In this role, responsibilities include:

- Conducting collections via calls with international customers.

- Writing professional emails following proper etiquette.

- Handling both inbound and outbound calls effectively.

- Understanding and performing account reconciliations.

- Experience in Accounts Receivable collections (voice).

- End-to-end understanding of the Order to Cash (O2C) cycle.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Working on past due invoices, reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and managing cash application and order release processes.

- Ability to work night shifts as needed.
