About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 4–5+ years of proven experience in designing user-friendly digital interfaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in creating engaging and intuitive designs for both web and mobile applications. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about user experience, modern interface design, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, and high-fidelity UI for both web and mobile applications.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into user-centered solutions.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user behavior and apply insights for improved usability.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure brand and design consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative solutions to the table.
• Provide design support during the development phase to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Apply knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and interaction design principles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, or related field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InVision.
• Strong knowledge of interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and information architecture.
• Experience in user research, persona creation, and usability testing.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS) is preferred.
• Exposure to AI agent interfaces will be an added advantage.
