Salary: Up to ₹20,000 In-Hand + Uncapped Monthly Sales Incentives

Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Role Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Telesales / Inside Sales Executive / BDE with experience in telesales, outbound sales, or IT/software sales. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, pitching IT and digital solutions, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound B2B/B2C leads and pitch IT, web, and digital solutions.
• Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to objection handling and deal closure.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to consistent revenue generation.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through regular follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries, understand requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, leads, and deal status in CRM/MS Excel.
• Work towards maximizing conversions and earning uncapped performance-based incentives.

Eligibility & Skills

• Experience: 1–3 years in Telesales, Inside Sales, Outbound Calling, BDE, or Software/IT Sales.
• Prior experience in phone-based sales and deal closures is preferred.
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, objection-handling, and follow-up skills.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline or 12th pass.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from the office in Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata.

Compensation

Up to ₹20,000 In-Hand + Uncapped Monthly Sales Commission
