Salary:
- Fresher: ₹22,000 CTC + Incentives up to ₹1 Lakh
- Experienced: ₹24,000 CTC + Incentives up to ₹1 Lakh
Languages Required:

Education Qualification: 12th Pass and above

Job Summary:
We are hiring Telesales Executives for the TATA AIA Life Insurance Process. This is a target-driven role where you will interact with potential customers over the phone, explain product details, and close sales. The role offers excellent growth opportunities, a fixed salary, and high-performance incentives up to ₹1 Lakh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound telesales calls to potential customers.
- Explain TATA AIA insurance products clearly and persuasively.
- Build trust and rapport with customers to drive sales conversion.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and sales.
- Handle customer queries effectively and maintain records in the CRM.
- Work closely with the telesales team to meet collective goals.
- Ensure compliance with company and insurance process standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Immediate joiners only.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (graduates preferred).
- Good command of English and at least one regional language.
- Strong communication & persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejections positively and stay motivated.
- Prior telesales/insurance/BPO voice process experience is a plus.
