Salary Structure:

- Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹14,000 per month
DRA Process
- Salary: Up to ₹14,000 per month
- Additional incentives based on performance

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound and inbound calling process
- Connect with customers and explain services/products
- Follow up with interested candidates/customers
- Maintain proper call records and updates
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Provide professional communication on calls
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Punjabi & Haryanvi
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident and professional speaking skills
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
