Job Overview:

We are seeking a Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team in Hosur. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in Telugu and Kannada and a passion for customer engagement. This is a front-line sales and collection role, where you will interact with customers over the phone to promote services and support payment collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for sales and payment collection processes
• Explain product or service features clearly to prospective customers
• Persuade customers to make payments or purchase the product/service
• Maintain call logs and records using internal systems
• Meet daily/weekly calling targets and collection/sales quotas
• Handle customer queries or objections with a professional attitude

Qualifications:

• Minimum educational qualification: Any Degree
• Strong command over Telugu and Kannada (mandatory)
• Good verbal communication skills
• Prior telesales or telecollection experience is a plus
• Must be open to rotational weekly offs

Job Details:

• Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Day Shift)
• Week Off: Rotational
