Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and empathetic Tele Sales Counsellor via phone-based counselling. As a Tele Counsellor, you will assist individuals who are dealing with personal, emotional, or domestic issues by offering guidance, resources, and emotional support. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to manage sensitive situations with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counselling & Support: Provide phone-based counselling services to individuals facing personal, family, or domestic challenges.
• Emotional Support: Listen to clients' concerns with empathy and provide emotional guidance and coping strategies.
• Resource Referral: Offer information on available support services and refer clients to other resources when necessary.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential records of each interaction with clients.
• Follow-up: Ensure that clients receive continuous support by conducting follow-up calls as needed.
• Professionalism: Handle all client calls in a calm, respectful, and professional manner.
• Problem-Solving: Identify the needs of the client and provide practical solutions or recommendations.
• Client Satisfaction: Strive to ensure a high level of client satisfaction by delivering consistent and empathetic service.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 12th grade or equivalent.
• Age: Must be 18 years or older.
• Languages: Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
• Skills:
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
• Patience and empathy when dealing with emotional issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience: Previous experience in counselling, customer service, or mental health roles is a plus, but not mandatory.
