Job Title: Style Associate

Role Overview

A Style Associate uses strong product knowledge and fashion awareness to help customers select the perfect jewellery for every occasion. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets and support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in meeting store goals.
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
• Assist customers with product selection using strong product knowledge.
• Handle store operations such as receiving deliveries, packing orders, visual merchandising, stock audits, markdowns, and promotions.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and promote cross-selling and upselling.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
• Follow all company SOPs and operational guidelines.
• Remain active on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate (Fresher) OR HSC with a minimum of 2+ years of retail experience.
• Age between 18 and 35 years.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for fashion and customer service.
