About the Role

We are hiring Solution Developers with 4+ years of experience for our Pune office. This role requires immediate joiners who will support, maintain, and enhance our existing platform while designing and delivering new client-driven solutions. The position is split into two technical slots:

• Slot 1: MS SQL, T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS
• Slot 2: MS SQL, C#, JavaScript, AWS/Azure

The ideal candidate must be Pune-based, proactive, and highly solutions-oriented, with the ability to deliver results under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and enhance the current platform by creating reports, modifying existing features, and building new product solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational issues, incidents, and bugs in applications and reports.
• Design, implement, and deliver client-driven requirements within deadlines and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Define and execute user test plans for solutions implemented.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of solutions.
• Create and maintain technical and user documentation.
• Ensure compliance with coding, testing, and deployment standards.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities for effective solution delivery.

Experience & Technical Skills Required

Mandatory:

• MS SQL Server 2012+
• MS SQL, T-SQL, or similar query languages (Azure SQL, PostgreSQL)
• VBScript
• MS Excel (Intermediate level)

Slot-Specific Requirements:

• Slot 1: SSIS, SSRS
• Slot 2: C#, JavaScript, AWS or Azure Cloud

Preferred / Advantageous:

• CSS, PowerShell, Azure DevOps, Flowgear
• Experience in Insurance, InsurTech, Financial Services, or FinTech
