Job Summary

The Senior Style Associate plays a key role in achieving store targets by delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, maintaining visual standards, and supporting team performance. This position works closely with store leadership to ensure smooth daily operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a premium shopping experience.
• Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards as per company guidelines.
• Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, stock audits, and product movement monitoring.
• Minimize stock discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
• Process billing and transactions through POS systems and promote cross-selling and upselling.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and store policies.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum HSC or above.
• 2+ years of experience in fashion retail.
• Age between 18 to 35 years.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent in local language (Tamil preferred).
• Good command of English.
