Cogentix Systems is hiring a skilled Senior End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to manage, support, and optimize enterprise end-user environments across physical and virtual platforms. The role involves modern workplace technologies, automation, and hybrid work models.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise desktop, laptop, and end-user environments
• Administer Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Group Policies
• Manage endpoint deployments and configurations using SCCM/MECM and Intune
• Implement and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Citrix, or VMware Horizon
• Handle OS patching, application packaging, and endpoint security updates
• Automate EUC tasks using PowerShell scripting
• Troubleshoot complex end-user issues and provide L3/L4 support
• Maintain asset inventory, compliance, and documentation
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and service desk teams

Who Should Apply
