Position: Senior Analyst - Credit Note Application/Processing

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our team, specializing in Credit Note Application/Processing. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in accurately applying credit notes to customer accounts and ensuring compliance with established procedures and policies.

Responsibilities:

- Review and validate credit notes received from vendors or customers.

- Accurately apply credit notes to corresponding customer accounts within specified timelines.

- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to credit note processing.

- Collaborate with internal teams such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Sales to address queries and reconcile accounts.

- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.

- Generate reports and metrics to track credit note processing efficiency and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Proven experience in credit note processing or accounts receivable, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Process - Credit Note Application/Processing

FTE Count Needed- 4

•  Resource will have to perform invoice indexing activity (Minimum 150 - 300 indexing)
•  Analysts will be supporting majority of the work from EU Region
•  identify analysts who have exposure in EU region projects in the past(Not Mandatory)
•  We need to look for talent with invoice processing & indexing experience
•  Graduation must and minimum 2 years work experience must
•  Shift timings will be between 11 AM to 8 PM / 12 PM to 9 PM ( Monday to Friday )
•  Semi Voice
