Role Title: Scrum Master

🎯 Role Purpose

Enable Scrum teams to understand Agile principles and practices, remove impediments, and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment to deliver quality outcomes.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timelines, and sprint delivery
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach teams on Agile & Scrum frameworks
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Project Managers on backlog management and new requests
• Remove blockers, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure sprint deliverables meet quality standards
• Guide teams toward higher Scrum maturity
• Promote ownership, accountability, and a positive team culture

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Tech (Computer Science) / MCA
• Certified Scrum Master (e.g., from Scrum Alliance)
• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum artifacts (Definition of Done, user stories, backlog refinement, automated testing)
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and conflict-resolution skills
• Excellent communication and servant leadership abilities
• Solid understanding of software development processes
• Experience working on implementation projects
• Outstanding organizational and facilitation skills
