About the Role

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to join our team. The role will focus on ensuring the quality and reliability of marketing automation solutions, with end-to-end testing of Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans for Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Validate data flows, segmentation, and campaign automations.
• Write and execute SQL queries to verify data accuracy.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
• Automate regression tests where applicable and maintain test frameworks.
• Report defects, track issues, and drive them to closure in Agile/Scrum environment.

Must-Have Skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) expertise (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and AMPscript.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Salesforce certifications (SFMC Specialist, Salesforce Administrator).
• Familiarity with other Salesforce Clouds and API integrations.
