Responsibilities:

1. Initiate outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.

2. Present and demonstrate company products/services to potential customers, effectively communicating value propositions.

3. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, and accurately update customer interaction records in the CRM system.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in an outbound sales role, with a strong track record of success.

2. Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

3. Ability to understand customer needs and build lasting relationships through effective sales techniques.

Skills:

1. Exceptional cold-calling and lead generation abilities.

2. Strong persuasive communication and active listening skills.

3. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

2. 1-3 years of direct outbound sales or telemarketing experience.

3. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
