As a Sales Officer – Home Loans, you will be responsible for generating and managing leads, sourcing potential customers, and driving business for home loan and related financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for Home Loans, Loan Against Property, and related financial products.
• Meet potential customers, explain product features, and guide them through the loan process.
• Maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, and channel partners for business generation.
• Ensure achievement of monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Follow up with customers for document collection and application completion.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and branch teams for timely processing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and KYC norms.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Female candidates only
• Experience: Minimum 6 months in Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan, Credit Card, or Real Estate
• Qualification: Graduate (any stream)
• Language: English, Hindi, and Bengali (preferred)
• Age Limit: 21 – 35 years
