Job Summary:

The Sales Officer will be responsible for sourcing Home Loan business from the local market through direct and indirect channels. The role requires on-field sales experience, relationship-building with customers, and achieving monthly loan disbursement targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Area / Geography Mapping:

• Conduct regular lane-to-lane mapping and identify potential customers for Home Loans.
• Update progress and leads during daily team huddles.

1. Lead Generation & Source Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, and DSAs.
• Generate leads through field visits, references, and cold calling.

1. Customer Relationship Management:

• Counsel prospective clients and explain Home Loan products.
• Guide customers through documentation and loan processing.

1. Documentation & File Completion:

• Ensure accurate completion of loan applications and KYC documents.
• Coordinate with backend teams for smooth loan approval and disbursement.

1. Reporting & MIS:

• Maintain daily sales reports and track conversion ratios.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of on-field sales experience (preferably in Home Loans / BFSI)
• Graduation in any stream is mandatory
• Should have a two-wheeler and be ready to travel locally
• Local candidates only (Bhubaneshwar region)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
