Salary / CTC:

• Based on experience; as per HDFC standards for Sales Officer
• Performance-based incentives included

Shift & Working Days:

• General field shifts
• 6 working days with 1 weekly off (rotational)

Experience Required:

• Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome
• Prior experience in Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan, Credit Cards, or Real Estate sales is an advantage

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Tamil
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills
• Ability to work in a field-based environment
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, typing, CRM tools)
• Professional attitude and interpersonal skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in financial products, loans, or real estate sales
• Knowledge of local area and community networks

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into sales for HDFC financial products
• Meet potential customers at their locations and explain product features
• Maintain relationships with customers and provide excellent service
• Record all customer interactions in CRM or tracking system
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Ensure compliance with company sales processes and guidelines
