Responsibilities ΓÇó Identify the Top financial /General Insurance/Health Insurance distributors in the assigned territory from the competition ΓÇó Pitch Star Health Agency Career Opportunity through Career Seminars / Presentations / Meetings ΓÇó Understand the Top Advisor/ Business Associate value proposition, onboarding process and regulations related to the same ΓÇó Hiring and Onboarding of Top Advisors and Business Associates post conducting Career seminars and Presentation and meet the defined Recruitment plan ΓÇó Drive sales from the team of Top Advisors / Business Associates and Financial distributors to meet the defined sales plans. ΓÇó Maintain Quality of sales by ensuring the Persistency standards of the channel ΓÇó Adherence to the desired input behaviors to drive Sales and Recruitment ΓÇó Periodically Train & Develop advisors for new product launches and communicating any changes in company guidelines / policies.
