As a Sales Enablement & Client Success Consultant, you will drive revenue growth by equipping sales teams with the tools, training, and strategies they need to succeed while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will develop and implement sales enablement programs, optimize client onboarding, and enhance engagement strategies to maximize retention and lifetime value.

Your role includes analyzing sales performance data, identifying process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine sales methodologies. You will design and deliver training sessions, create sales collateral, and implement CRM best practices to streamline workflows. Additionally, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, address challenges, and foster long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

• 12th/ Diploma
• 0-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or Telecalling
• Language - English with Malayalam and Tamil
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales techniques
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
