Sales Associate (B2B – HealthTech)

Job Description

Welleazy Healthtech Solutions Private Limited is a fast-growing HealthTech company delivering customized wellness and healthcare solutions to corporate clients. The Sales Associate will play a key role in expanding Welleazy’s B2B footprint by promoting healthcare and wellness services to corporates and large organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to promote healthcare and wellness services to corporate clients
• Explore and build B2B, B2C, and B2B2C sales channels
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard corporate clients
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with healthcare service teams to design and implement customized wellness programs
• Generate quality leads and convert them into successful sales closures
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the organization
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competition in the healthcare sector
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and sales pitches
• Track sales performance metrics and optimize sales strategies accordingly
• Promote the company brand and empanel new partners for product and service distribution

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline
• 0–2 years of experience in B2B / corporate sales (healthcare preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
