Relationship Manager

Rupeek, India’s leading asset-backed digital lending platform, is hiring Relationship Managers for its Nashik branch. This field-based role requires strong expertise in gold loan handling, customer relationship building, and compliance with Rupeek’s high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate gold appraisal with proper stone deduction and karatage detection
• Follow Rupeek’s standard policies, including complete KYC verification and registration
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless loan processing and approvals
• Build strong rapport with new and existing customers to drive renewals and referrals
• Clarify customer doubts and ensure a smooth loan disbursal experience
• Participate in on-ground activities to promote Rupeek’s services in local areas

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in gold valuation and appraisal
• Excellent interpersonal skills in Marathi and basic English communication
• Up to 30 years of age
• Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license
