Job Description

We are looking for experienced and customer-focused Relationship Managers to join our Delhi-based team. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate gold valuation, customer onboarding, and generating business through new and repeat customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate gold valuation (carat verification, stone deduction, spurious item check)
• Ensure complete KYC adherence and customer document verification
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely loan processing and disbursement
• Promote customer renewals and referral business
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve queries
• Generate local awareness of Rupeek's services through business development efforts
• Handle gold securely and with integrity during customer interactions

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate with 1–2 years of experience in gold appraisal or loan handling
• Experience in gold loan, valuation, or NBFC lending (preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication in the local language and basic English
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory
• Age below 30 years
• Willingness to work in field and branch locations within Delhi
