This field-based role focuses on customer interaction, gold valuation, and ensuring compliance with KYC and loan disbursal standards. The ideal candidate must be proactive, customer-focused, and have a deep understanding of gold loan operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate gold appraisal, capturing correct cartage and preventing substandard asset evaluation
• Ensure complete adherence to KYC policies and verify customer documentation through digital registration
• Liaise with internal teams for loan processing and approvals
• Build strong rapport with customers to drive renewals and referrals
• Resolve customer queries and maintain satisfaction through professional service
• Promote Rupeek Gold Loan services in nearby areas to generate new leads and boost brand awareness

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
• 1–2 years of experience in gold appraisal and customer handling
• Up to 30 years of age
• Strong communication skills in Gujarati and elementary English
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory)
