Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Recruiter cum Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for various job roles while also handling outbound calls for recruitment and client coordination. This is a dual role that combines recruitment with telecalling responsibilities to support the HR and business development functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Duties:

• Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals)

• Screen resumes and applications based on job requirements.

• Schedule and conduct telephonic/initial interviews.

• Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews and feedback.

• Maintain candidate database and track hiring progress.

Telecalling Duties:

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates and explain job roles.

• Follow up with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the hiring.

• Maintain call logs and update CRM/records.

• Assist in calling clients/leads for business development (if required).

• Handle basic queries from candidates or clients professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Previous experience in recruitment or telecalling is a plus.
