Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently Process customer requests, queries, and service-related tasks

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Ensure timely resolution of customer issues Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance targets

Requirements: Languages Required: Tamil & Kannada (mandatory)

Education: 2nd PUC Pass or any Graduate Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
