Job Description

We are urgently hiring Oracle Network Mediation (ONM) Developers and Architects to join our telecom solutions team. These roles involve working on large-scale mediation platforms, billing system integrations, and product implementations for high-performance telecom environments. Candidates should have proven expertise in ONM, Novation, and Oracle Billing & Revenue Management (BRM) systems.

As a Developer, you will focus on building and maintaining mediation flows, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth delivery of solutions. As an Architect, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of mediation solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement mediation flows using Oracle Network Mediation (ONM).
• Work on Novation and Oracle Billing system integrations to ensure seamless processes.
• Lead or contribute to product implementation and customization projects.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams for end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of mediation platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in ONM and related billing systems.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• For Architect roles: Provide technical leadership, design governance, and mentorship to developers.

Required Skills & Expertise

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Network Mediation (ONM) development and architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Novation, Oracle Mediation, and Oracle Billing & Revenue Management (BRM) systems.
• Proven expertise in telecom domain mediation processes and large-scale implementations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for complex technical challenges.
• Ability to work in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and client-facing abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
• Oracle certifications (Mediation, BRM, or other telecom system certifications) are an added advantage.
• Exposure to telecom operators or large-scale product implementations in mediation/billing systems.
