Oracle EPM Consultant – FCCS & Planning (EPBCS / PBCS)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Oracle EPM Consultant with hands-on experience in FCCS and Planning (EPBCS / PBCS) to support implementation, enhancement, and support engagements across global clients. The role involves working closely with finance stakeholders to design, build, and optimise enterprise performance management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support Oracle EPM Cloud solutions including:
• Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS)
• Planning (EPBCS / PBCS)
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs
• Design and build:
• Metadata (dimensions, hierarchies, attributes)
• Data forms, dashboards, and Smart View templates
• Business rules (Groovy / Calc scripts)
• Configure:
• Security, approvals, and workflow
• Data integrations using Data Management (FDMEE / DM) or EPM Automate
• Perform system testing including SIT and UAT support
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams
• Prepare solution documentation and support knowledge transfer

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM Cloud
• Strong experience in:
• FCCS
• Planning (EPBCS / PBCS)
• Solid understanding of financial concepts:
• P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
• Budgeting, Forecasting, Consolidation
• Experience with:
• Metadata management
• Data forms, task lists, dashboards
• Business rules (Calc Manager / Groovy preferred)
• Exposure to Data Integration (FDMEE / DM / EPM Automate)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and client-facing skills

Good to Have (Preferred)

• Experience with ARCS, EDMCS, or PCMCS
• Oracle EPM Cloud certifications
• Consulting or managed services experience
• Exposure to integrations with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.)
• Experience working with global stakeholders
